About Sanad
سند — support, in Arabic. It's what we do: we support your file, your decision, and your outcome.
Why we built a flat-fee model
Every medical tourism broker we studied made money the same way: a referral commission from the destination hospital. That single fact quietly shapes every recommendation a broker makes, whether they intend it to or not. We decided the only way to give patients an honest second opinion was to remove that incentive entirely — charge the patient a disclosed, flat administrative fee, and refuse hospital commissions as a matter of policy, not marketing.
How Sanad is structured
Sanad is registered with Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry as an administrative consultancy — not a medical clinic. Day-to-day patient consultations are led by a locally licensed Medical Director, who oversees clinical file triage and case management independently of ownership. Ownership focuses exclusively on operational quality, keeping a clear line between the business side and the patient-facing side of the practice.
The case management team
Behind every file is a small team reviewing everything you send us — lab results, imaging, physician reports, medication lists — applying laboratory quality-assurance principles, including ISO 15189 and CAPA methodology, to prevent redundant testing and secure accurate destination pricing before you ever board a flight.
